Estudio Mínima is a small, family-run architecture studio based in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, in the Sierra de Madrid, specialising in ecological, bioclimatic and Passivhaus houses. Their stated aim is maximum energy efficiency with the least possible means, working in natural materials with a pared-back, essential design. Built work includes bioclimatic and EnerPHit Passivhaus houses around the Sierra de Madrid, in Torrelodones and El Escorial.
