Bozonos Slow Living

Set on a small, practically private beach on the eastern coast of Zakynthos in the Greek Ionian, sheltered from the southern winds and removed from the busier southern stretch of the island near Zakynthos Town and Tsilivi, Bozonos Slow Living sits among the wind-blown coastal cypress, pines, and olive-lined country roads of a lesser-traveled coastline.

Designed by DM Architecture + Design in a rustic-minimalist language with all-natural paints and a focus on raw materials including wood, marble, stone, and iron in an earth-toned palette, the two-bedroom villa is crossed by garden paths with multiple outdoor zones, an outdoor kitchen and poolside bar, two outdoor dining areas (one set within an olive tree quad), and a panoramic outdoor living room with the sea lapping in at nearly arm's reach.
