Mallorca's architectural conversation has changed. Coastal villa development still happens, but a generation of younger, mostly Palma-based studios now works seriously with the island's natural materials and rural landscapes. Ballast walls, dry-stone, raw earth and terracotta.
This guide lists twelve contemporary studios with significant Mallorcan output. Each studio has an office on the island. Each entry links to a featured project.
