BiniBridge is a renovated villa in a quiet, car-free corner of Binibeca Vell, on the south-east coast of Menorca. The owners rent it directly, with no agency. It sleeps eight, and the beach and village are about ten minutes away on foot.
Overview
Living Spaces
The living room and dining room open onto a covered porch, with a table for eight. The kitchen is new and simple, with a dishwasher, oven and full-size fridge. The renovation used reclaimed wood, handmade headboards and stools, and classic Miguel Milá lamps. The living area has air conditioning and heating.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are four bedrooms: two with double beds and sea views, one with two single beds and one with bunks, which suits children. The main bedroom has its own shower room, and the other three share a second one. Cots and high chairs are available.
The Environment
There is a private garden with real grass, a barbecue and a hot outdoor shower. Up top, a roof terrace looks out to the sea. The pools are fenced, so they are safe with small children.
The Location
Binibeca Vell looks like an old fishing village, all whitewashed lanes and small squares, but it was built in the 1970s as a holiday village. The beach is a short walk away and a supermarket is two minutes from the house. The bus to Sant Lluís and Maó stops a minute away, so you can manage without a car.
