BiniFa is a renovated villa in the Menorcan style, on a private street with no traffic in Binibeca, on the island's south-east coast. It sits on a 900 m² plot with a large private pool, and is rented directly by its owner, Sara. It sleeps eight.
Overview
Living Spaces
The kitchen, living room and dining area are one open space, with a table for ten. There is air conditioning and heating in every room, fast wifi throughout, and good hot water.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are four bedrooms. Two have large double beds and their own shower rooms, and one of these opens onto the porch. The other two have twin beds and share a third bathroom. Cots and high chairs are available.
The Environment
The large private pool sits in a garden with real grass, a barbecue and a hot outdoor shower. There are two covered porches, one with hammocks and a dining table, a big roof terrace that looks out to the sea, and a table tennis table.
The Location
Binibeca is a stretch of the south-east coast near Sant Lluís, with small rocky coves for swimming. A cove good for snorkelling is about five minutes' walk from the house, and the supermarket two. The bus to Sant Lluís and Maó stops a minute away, so you can manage without a car.
