The house has been restored with care, keeping its stone floors, arches and sabina beam ceilings. It sleeps 18 across nine suites, and comes with a house manager, live-in staff and a chef who cooks breakfast each morning.

Fincadelica San Lorenzo is an old Ibizan finca at the top of a sheltered valley. Stone terraces of olive and orange trees run down towards the white village church.
The house has been restored with care, keeping its stone floors, arches and sabina beam ceilings. It sleeps 18 across nine suites, and comes with a house manager, live-in staff and a chef who cooks breakfast each morning.
Living Spaces
The main room is a big open salon with double-height ceilings, tall windows and old sabina beams. Velvet sofas and mid-century chairs sit around the fireplace, and a long wooden table seats all 18 guests.
Outside the front door, a covered pergola built around an old stone mill has a marble bar, a pizza oven and a grill. Its glass sides close in cooler months, so it works all year.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The nine suites are spread across the main finca, the old tower and a row of garden suites, and each has its own terrace or garden. Suite 1 has a sunken bathroom and sunrise views. The tower suite is set over two floors. The two loft suites in the garden have freestanding bathtubs.
The Environment
The oval saltwater pool sits on a raised stone terrace looking over the valley, with a small pool for children, loungers and a pool bar. Below it there’s a padel court, a gym, a sauna with an ice bath and a wooden deck for yoga at sunrise or sunset.
Large glasshouses grow much of the fruit and vegetables for the kitchen, and there’s a gated play area with a treehouse for kids. An underground room, reached through a carved stone door, has a cinema and sound system for evenings.

Fincadelica San Lorenzo sits at the end of a winding stone track above the village of San Lorenzo, in the quiet middle of Ibiza. The village church and its small square are a short walk down the valley. Santa Gertrudis, with its cafés and shops, is about 10 minutes away by car, and the beaches of the north and east coasts are all within half an hour.
