Fincadelica Xarraca is a house on the edge of the sea, above a small cove on the north coast of Ibiza. Cactus gardens and terraces step down the cliff, and almost every room looks out over the water.

Living Spaces
The living spaces sit over several levels: a salon with an open fire, a sunken snug and a small library looking out to sea. Up a few steps, a long wooden table seats 18 for dinner.
Outside, there’s covered dining beside the pool and a raised kitchen garden for long dinners with friends. The Club Room has a marble bar, a screen and a pool table, and doubles as a yoga room in the morning.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The nine suites each feel different. Two tower suites have winding stairs, private terraces and curved, crescent-shaped bedrooms, and work well for families. The penthouse has a freestanding bed, a soaking tub by the fire and a hammam shower.
Other suites have split levels, open fireplaces and built-in tubs, and Suite 8 opens onto a clifftop terrace with a round stone bathtub and an outdoor shower.
The Environment
The pool deck looks straight out to sea, lined with arched cabanas and round daybeds, and a small raised bar serves coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset. From the pool terrace, a private path leads down to the cove.
The gardens are planted with cactus and wild herbs, and there’s a seafront deck for yoga. Boats, kayaks and paddle boards can be arranged to explore the caves and coves along the north coast.
