The oldest part of the house was a shepherd's home more than 100 years ago, and it has been built into the newer house around it. The living and dining room keeps the original wooden beams, with a fireplace in the middle. The kitchen is new and fully equipped, and there is fast Starlink wifi and a sound system.

There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, and every bedroom has air conditioning. It sleeps six.
The Environment
The pool sits in a big garden with views all the way round to the Tramuntana. There is a covered terrace with a lounge and a dining table, a barbecue and a play area for children. Solar panels on the roof power the house and heat the water.

Set on a 14,200 square metre plot in the rural interior of Mallorca, a short drive from the historic market town of Sineu and central to the island's harder-to-reach corners, Finca Vista Verde is a 212 square metre traditional country house surrounded by a wide garden and 360 degree views toward the Serra de Tramuntana.
