Can Bou

Set on the outskirts of the small town of Sóller in northwest Mallorca, three kilometres from the coast and a five-minute walk from the central marketplace, Can Bou is a renovated stone townhouse with views across the Tramuntana mountain valley.

Designed by Mallorca-based architect Anke Scheideler of DUO, with interiors by Stefan Becker and Alexander Bachmann, the 2017 renovation integrates original elements into a contemporary structure, with a fireplace-anchored open-plan ground floor, a first-floor library opening to the terrace, and a Mediterranean garden with a 6 by 3 metre pool, an outdoor kitchen, and citrus trees.
