A renovated 17th-century Ibizan finca

Set in the rural countryside of north-east Ibiza near the village of San Lorenzo, surrounded by established orange, almond, and sweet carob trees, Finca La Inika sits on a quiet estate ten minutes from Santa Gertrudis and twenty from Ibiza Town, in a part of the island that retains the character of the traditional Ibizan countryside (slow, rural, agricultural) and is home to the much-loved La Paloma restaurant in the village.

A 17th-century Ibizan finca renovated with architecture and interiors by Studio C and Ted Milano, Finca La Inika preserves the soft architectural language of the traditional Ibizan finca (arched doorways, sabina wood ceilings, whitewashed stone walls, terracotta tones) while introducing artisanal furnishings, considered textiles, and outdoor living spaces shaded by ancient olive trees. A circular stone tower at one end of the property houses a bedroom suite with its own lounge and roof terrace; two garden suites feature open-air showers; an oval saltwater pool sits within a stone terrace; a long pine-wood dining table seats eighteen guests together for meals shared under the southern Mediterranean sky.
